I was in Bai last year in July for School holidays. It was warm but i have heard that it has been quite cool lately. Only max 26 degrees and min 23 degrees. Still quite hot but not as much as it has been in the past. Waterbom park is a water theme park with slides, tubes and a lazy river that takes you aound the place with a current. Definitely worth spending the day there. I went with my family last year and going back this year with a girlfriend and we are going to go again.
