Hi i have stayed at both most recently july 05.I found the paradiso to be a much nicer hotel,more modern but very busy position wise, you cant beat the position of mandira being right on the beach with beautiful gardens but the mandira is quite expensive for what you get..the ramada bintang is very nice as is the padma..best wishes for your honeymoon..
