Before take-off, and after water was handed out to passengers, there was a question "is there a doctor on board" and passengers guessed something was wrong with the pilot. The plane taxied back to remove luggage (the poor pilot's perhaps) and took off late. In Melbourne, the flight on to Adelaide was delayed again due to fog.
