Leave late morning, drive down to Nusa Dua and see how 'the other half live', lunch at Geger Beach, Uluwatu temple on the cliff tops and see some monkeys, Dreamland surf beach, then GWK cultural centre followed by dinner on the range at deMiMidi restaurant (take a change of clothes and have a quick freshen up in the loos before dinner). (Instead, you could continue on and have dinner at Jimbaran Bay.
Another day trip to Ubud, market, lunch, some shopping.
Another is to head into central Bali, visit Candi Cuning markets, have a beer at Crackers, visit the temple and lake at Bedugal then late buffet lunch at Pacung Indah on the way back south (lovely to spend an overnighter there too).
Its great to share 'our' passion for Bali with others.
