I was planning to go to Bali in August but a few unexpected things have now blown that plan over. The last advice I had was that Garuda was pulling the pin Adelaide by the end of August...no more flights and closing its office here as well. Now I see that Jetstar had Adelaide "on Sale" I took a look at the Jetstar site but could not find any available dates in September. Does this mean that Jetstar was only doing the Bali thing as a launch promotion, or will we have a permanent flight option to Denpasar out of Adelaide (other direct or via Melbourne etc). If so, then this is great news...perhaps even Garuda might reconsider its position on Adelaide. Even one flight a week would be better than absolutey nothing. cheers - kevin
