i was so pleased with my deal i got on jetstars website for our trip next year. for once i got a super special. the only problem was i didnt get the confirmation number for the booking. the phones were so busy i couldnt get through for 2days. when i finally did i was told that the transaction was not completed sucessfully and therefore i didnt secure my booking. of course all the special prices tickets have all been sold by now so the operator asks me would i like to go to honolulu - NO, i wanted bali. she says if the money did actually come out of my credit card they will honour the fare price but she has no record on the sale on the system so as far as they are concerned i missed out - i knew it was too good to be true.
