Portable DVD players 7" or larger screen

Can anyone please tell me where I can buy a 7" Portable DVD player or larger in bali that has a great speaker and is battery operated for someone who has a hearing challenge so requires good sound.

Also can we get them in a larger screen and what prices are they over there please.
