I was in Ubud about 10 days ago & I had a look at the new Ubud Village Resort. It is fairly highly priced, but I talked to the owner and he said they are having 'soft opening' and they are offering less than the advertised prices. You could try contacting them direct. It is really gorgeous.
NOT less than 4 nights! Ubud is quite a relaxed place, but depending on what your interests are, there's a lot to see.
