Turn right onto Gang Samudra. There is a whole lot of stalls all the way down to the beach. The first few ones aren't even worth bothering with, 'cos they've got VERY inflated ideas of the values of things, and very little inclination to agree on a reasonable price. I've had Indonesian friends walk off in disgust.
About 2 or 3 stalls from the end is Rama's and next to it is Jenny's they're both fixed and have a good range.
Another excellent place to try is the 'Black & White sports store'. It's abou 2-3 stores down from the Bali Rani ( Heading out of KUta). It's somewhat unprepossessing, but the Chinese couple who run it are lovely, scrupoulsy honest, and not only are they fixed prices, but they've written them on the tickets!! I'm a hard haggler, and I can't match their prices.
