phone jetstar to get seat allocation,i couldnt get pop up either so i phoned yesterday and got the seats i wanted,i got into the seating page first ,picked the seats i wanted then phoned,phone number is 131538 6 am to 9 pm but i dont know about weekend,, good luck,,Ian
