though I had been ringing them for months before trying to sort out another flight they refused to accept that there was a problem because they hadnt been 'officially' informed and they wanted us to pay for a new full priced ticket as we had originally booked on FF and there were no FF seats left on any flights. In the end (only about a month before we left) they changed the booking offering us a flight home for four days after our original date (without any additional accomodation). But we had to be back for work so we argued them into flying us via Singapore and Perth (we left from Darwin)and we arrived back 24 hours later than scheduled. They were really unhelpful and they only reason we got back when we did was because I refused to accept their decision and just kept ringing and harrassing them.
