We woke about 9am ..........Aaarhh the hangover had begun .I had a huge headache. I tried to get up to go to the loo but I thought I was going to be sick. Coral was not game to move her head from the pillow, and just laid there staring at the ceiling.

I paced the floor moaning and groaning for about an hour wanting to be sick. On the odd occasion when I have been sick with a hangover I just lay on the toilet floor hugging the bowel .........but this was not my toilet and there was no way I was going to hug a toilet bowel in Bali! So I just walked around the room hugging a towel, trying to stop myself from being sick!
I needed a pain killer....a gun....anything to put me out of my misery!

Then the worst happened............the two M's knocked on the door! God at 48, my Mother still lectures me.....
'How stupid are you getting drunk in a strange country' 'You could have been raped or murdered.....blah blah blah!'
Murder sounded quite appealing...... it would save me from suicide!

'I don't need this Mum!!!' 'You and Marg have a good day......close the door on your way out!" 'Ohh I don't suppose you have any panadol?' Lucky for us Wati had arrange to pick the two M's up and take them to Denpasar Hospital where Mum was dropping off Medical donations that she was given by the Hospital in the small coastal town where she lives.

Coral and I took a couple of panadol each, then I remembered I had some Bokashi oil that I had brought from Ubud markets. I decided I would put it to the test. I had read some really good reports on the forum about this oil. Now lets see if it could do miracles! So we rubbed some on our aching heads and I put some on my tummy, then we crawled back into bed. I drifted off to sleep and woke up around lunch time, feeling marvelous....it was a miricale that Bokashi oil was bloody marvelous!

We got up and ordered room service, Fruit and tomato soup.
We decided not to waste the day and got ourselves ready to hit the shops.....after all the two M's were not with us.....we could look in every shop!
We set off with our back packs on, and started walking towards Centro. As we walked it seemed like our back packs (that were empty) were filling up with bricks....we started with straight upright backs but with each step we took the hangover was creeping back by the time we reached the art markets we were all hunched over and feeling terrible!
We found the first shop and got a bottle of water then headed back to the hotel....ohhh how I hate hangovers!

As we were walking up our laneway we looked at the 'Flowers beauty parlor' and thought maybe a bit of pampering would be the cure. We walked in and were met by two very feminine 'he she's'. We slumped down in the chairs and ended up getting hair treatments, shoulder and feet massages. Coral ended up with one of the flower boys I ended up with the only girl that was working there, which pleased me. I have a phobia about a man that I didn't know touching me.......even if he was feminine.
Coral ended up with the better deal. He was happy to just massage and talk.........my girl didn't say a word and just did her job and got rid of me as quick as she could.

Back to the room for a lay down then we all met at the Hotel restaurant for dinner. Gary was bringing his new friend Mimin. I had the usual Cap Cay. Still not as good as the Camplung Mas.
We all chatted about our day, mind you there was not much to tell about Coral and mine.
Mum was very impressed with the hospital and said they made her feel very special and were delighted at the supplies she had taken.

Ohh just a quick note .....when we were out for dinner the night before, Marg and I spoke to Wati and Mimin about our problems sleeping. I am going through that mid life stage and I just can not sleep at night. I had brought some sleeping pills from home but I had given some to Marg and I had run out. I was now kind of desperate , and for Corals safety I needed a decent night sleep. I had laid awake most nights listening to her snore! It is bad enough that I couldn't sleep but I was peed off knowing she was in a dead sleep... and she had the cheek to taunt me by snoring!!!

Wati and Mimin had rushed out and got us some herbal pills which Marg tried that night. I was a chicken and told Marg I would let her try them first..ha ha I asked her how she went with them. She said I had made her paranoid and she ended up having a disturbed sleep. She said when she opened the pills, there were blue, and she dreamt about blue Bali masks floating around in her head all night....ha ha She said she knew she was just being paranoid and it was all in her mind. She said she would try them out again tonight, she was confidant that they wouldn't kill her.

Any way back to dinner at the Hotel.......... I said to Mimin that I have tried all sorts of herbal remedies in Aust and none had ever worked...... I said in a joking manner 'I need drugs in them!" with that she piped up and said 'I can get you Ecstasy!' We all nearly spat our food everywhere.......visions of Michelle Lesley were in all our minds. No one said a word we all just sat there trying to carry on as if she hadn't said any thing! Mmmm that kind of put us off the new sister in law.

Well after dinner it was home to bed to try and sleep off the remainder of our hang over! Never ever again!!!

Tomorrow 'Robbed by a Ruthless Robber in Ramayana!!
