I just remembered one place I looked at recently that is single storey not far from the MBR.I am pretty sure it had 2 bedrooms.It has 4 villas in the complex (3 are double storey though) & it was definately within your budget - way under it in fact.I will need to look at my notes & business cards to see how many bedrooms it had & the name & contact info.Depending on how much privacy you want you may feel it is a negative that the 4 villas share the same pool though.
