We ate at the restaurant at the Puri twice last February 2005 and really enjoyed the service and the food.
We couldn't get into Donalds by the beach, so we went to the Mezzanine - it has western mediterranean cuisine and a good wine list. Can't recall exact prices, but very reasonable for a hotel eatery. No buffet here and we normally don't eat in at hotels, but really enjoyed this one.
