Looked through PR yesterday, it will be a dead heat to be open by 1st Aug. Anyone who likes the PR will be over the moon with the renovations. They have renovated everything down to the floor tiles and footpaths. The top pool has dark blue tiles and a new wall to screen it from the access path. The front pool has been retiled and the paved area around looks magnificent. The only structural alteration to the main building is a verandah has been put in deluxe room 101 and completely stuffed it up. The deluxe rooms are all now small and not worth the extra cost. My biggest disappointment is the restaurant. Some may like it, but it has lost its open Balinese look. The ground floor has been raised about a metre and it is two storey completely glassed in by double centre fold door that can be all opened, but the effect has been lost.
Mida is such a beautiful cheerful person I an very happy with her. MBR suite 106 is beautiful, so much space. The breakfast is great and I am puzzled be the negative comments. Main pool is clear, perhaps not 100 % but acceptable. Looked at a superior room, because friends are coming next week and the are great ,large with room for a comfortable louge setting.
