we just stated date our visitor would be with us, that we were providing all meals and spending monies, also our itenary, I sent to our friend but also emailed a copy to the consulate in Bali. If you are bringing out someone the best advice I got is you must get insurance for them just as we do when travelling, as they are not Australian citizens they are not covered under our health scheme. I arranged this here through covermore but have since been advised that it can be arranged in Bali and a much reduced rate.
