hi ryan, sorry cant help you with money changer, we always used the atm, as you walk out the road side of puri santrian turn right, a few steps & its in the little sqaure there near a music shop, BUT one thing i'd like to tell you is the restaurant called "Tia Garden Restaurant" again go out on road side, turn left,cross over road and almost opp. Sanur beach hotel,its a fabulous place hubby & I visited often (thats if you havent already found it !), one of the best places we ate & very pleasant, well mannered staff..A MUST, cheers have a good time luuuurve the puri...cheers max (p.s. loos ok too)
