There is a money changer (no commision)pretty much right next to the entrance to Puri Santrian, on Jalan Kalianget, it is set back a bit from the road, on the beach side, sort of behind the restaurant/bar. Rate is always better than Kodak etc. and usually has 100,000's, which makes wallet space a little easier.
