I stayed at the All Seasons last year not long after it's opening, the rooms were absolutely beautiful !!!
The pool...... well....was nice yes, but found it to always be FREEZING. I guess becuase of the high walls surrounding it, it doesn't get alot of sun.
They also have a policy of no bath towels to be taken to the pool area and unfortunately the pool & pool bar ( where you get the towels from ) shut at 6pm.
Dunno about you, but 6pm is way too early for me when I'm in bali time !!!
Can't give any advice on the other hotels you're looking at, but I hope this helps.
