I agree with Busdriver and Evl we stayed there last month, it is a bit of a nuisance but you get better (or we did) towards the end of our stay and no problems getting extra towels. They don't provide face washers though so another time I would take them. However just asked for extra hand towels and used that. We were in the ground floor rooms and they are great. Very happy with location of hotel, breakfast, staff etc.
