chalk marks..

they can mean two things... one the bag is too heavy, and they want it opened to be inspected...

we usually grab one of those little wet towels u get on the plane...to wipe it off...check the bag before going to the ANYTHING TO DECLARE sections.. any marks..just wipe them off :)
