International sms costs 35 cents
National sms costs 25 cents
The recharge on Turbo must be done each 30 days or you lose your remaining credit.

For example : if you choose the $30 recharge you get $120 of credit in total. If you used only $60 credit, provided you recharge within the one month period, you remaining $60 credit will be rolled over.
Therefore if you recharged another $30 = $120 credit, your total credit on the sim would be $180.
