As a last resort you get someone to tape it for you and send it to you. I can't guarantee the speed of the mail though. You would want to check the system used in Bali PAL or whatever. If you can resist finding the result beforehand its an option. If you do find out the score and it doesn't suite you then you've nothing to lose.
