Yes Desa is running it on behalf of a couple(not sure if they were aussies, they looked to me like they were) I agree there was nothing and they worked very quickly to get it together, as when i 1st saw it all had been gutted, one day when i was passing i was busting for the toilet and Desa said i could use their toilet but it was broken, walking past there was nothing at all in the kitchen so they were definitely quick workers.
Prices were compareable with Kentembar but service was definitly different. Breeze to me was very similar to places like Indo national and billy's etc etc.
I personally preferred Kentumbar.(my persoanl choice)Fine dinning at Bali prices except for the 5% service charge added but the service we got every time i didn't mind paying the service charge, usually i prefer to tip only if service is good or exceptional and freedom of choice for tipping but in this case the many times we went back we could not fault the service at this restaurant. If i had to pay at the other restaurants mentioned a 5% service charge i would not go back(personal choice) but with Kentumbar I would. Sorry i hope that makes sense.
