You can go to Kuta Galleria or Bali Galleria. They both have supermarket and department store too.
Kuta Galleria is a little bit to east from your place now, the routes are Melasti to Patih jelantik, 20 minutes on foot, taxi will costs about 10.000 to 20.000 rupiahs.
Bali Galleria is bigger but far enough to southeast near 'Dewa Ruci Statue', routes take Legian to south the left to Imam Bonjol, setiabudi, taxi costs around 35.000 rphs.
