If you want something like that save your holiday time and just offer a young local guy outside your hotel 20,000 or whatever as a finder's fee. Perhaps take an old used one with you. Tell him you want X new (baru) ones, must be lithium (point to word) and a 'good price' and you can bet you will have them in a day or so.
He will do a deal with a seller for a small commission for himself (as well as what you pay him, because that is how it works), you will save time, and he will make a bit of income too. Everyone happy.
I did this when I was running out of time on my last day and could not find some lighters I had noticed in the first few days there, but had not bought, thinking I would see more later. The guy took off on his motorbike and was back within half an hour with two lighters, which I paid handsomely for, but did not regret it. (He knew I had run out of time, but you should find it easier negotiating a good price if they know you have all holiday to find what you want).
