i Gede is a fab restaurant in Amed - on the hill as you go into town from Dancing Dragon cottages. A couple of years ago, we were invited into the kitchen and watched Gede filleting the most wonderful barracuda which he served grilled with lime juice, herbs and served with just the best chips ever, a glorious avocado salad and lawar..... perfect after a hard day's lazing by the pool....
