I own one of these townhouses (or at least a 26 yr lease of one of them)
The progress has been slowed because of a "power shortage", due to a misunderstanding between the developers and the builder about who would supply a transformer.
There are a couple of units left for sale, but only single bathroom, and tucked in a corner - probably not my preference, but maybe OK at the right price.
Stage 2 will commence soon, and will have a different variety of accom, with 1, 2 and three bed apartments being available.
A real plus (for some) is availability of three Aussie TV chanels - WIN, GWN and ABC.
