hello, i stayed there at the beginning of July, didnt like it one bit... it was too noisy, the hallways were dark, the room's didnt have enough lighting either..
tried to make an outside call to Garuda, the staff were hopeless with that, i finally got thru to Garuda after 5 times trying to get an outside line, eventually the operator called thru himself and then transferd that call back to me. why he didnt do it after the 2nd failure i dont know...
We got a walk in rate (after being delayed at the airport for 6 hours) we decided to change flights and go the next day... the rate was 100USD including breakfast..which wasnt that interesting either... however the actual rate was 210USD per night.
the only good thing I could say about this place was the direct view over kuta beach...thats about it sorry...
I guess everyone has their own opinions such as "the Pies" ...but this was my experience at the hotel on July 5th.
