I am an experienced dressmaker and always buy fabrics at Alta Moda when in Bali. They are a 3 storey shop with a very large range of equisite evening, and daywear materials imported from around the world - and much cheaper than equivalent materials in Australia. They can also refer you to dressmakers, just show your photos and explain to their manager exactly the standard you wish made. They are located in the Istana Kuta Galleria, facing the road.
