Well i asked the question to my boyfriend..he had a good chuckle that i actually asked it... basically what they do is.. take off any clothing that they wear below the waist, he said most of these squat public toilets will have a place to hang your shorts, pants or whatever and your undies as well.. hehehe..
hahaha then about drying off, he said that the undies should do it, he said its not like you wet everywhere, just your butt hahahaha... he cant stop laughing :o)
