hmmm.... now, well to be really honest i dont know how they dry off.. i guess they dont.. sometimes you'll see the "wet" marks on their shorts or whatever they are using.. i dont know how the girls manage with the skirts... maybe use their knickers???? i have never asked..but hey i'll ask my boyfriend tonight for you :) hahahaha...
the toilet we have here at home (we live together) has the little squirty hose thing, so my boyfriend uses this... i admit sometimes i do as well, actually im getting used to it. but i will still dry off with toilet paper. I have no problems using the squat toilets actually, but the only thing that turns me off using those, is there's no way really to dry off...and i just feel uncomfortable when im out n about at tourist places..... hmmm, i dont know how the women manage either when its that time of month!!!
Now, while we were in Bali staying at the Grand Hyatt, the first thing my boyfriend said, oh no, they dont have the squirty thing...how can a 5 star hotel not have one of these...he's like oh yuck its disgusting to just use paper...
I said...hahah..look just use the paper first...then if u have to go use the bloody shower... hahahaha... i know its sick, but to keep him happy n from complaining...he can go do whatever...
He complains about the toilets in the malls here too, and even the one at his office dont have the squirty things.. But i have noticed lately a lot of indonesians do use paper now, when they go out and about and are not at home..
but if they are at home they'll just use the water. they wont use paper cuz it will block the drainage, thats why in some public toilets you'll have the wastebasket for the used toilet paper... arggh now i feel sick..
