Used that company in April and subsequently had to make a claim. I was careful to keep all receipts and kept a note of those things I did not get a receipt for (taxi/transport). I did advise the company from Bali via their toll free number that I had two sick children and was going to seek medical attention. I guess if you think the claim might be substantial it would be best to give them a quick call on the toll free number. The claim was settled in about three weeks. The only thing they objected to paying for was internet access. I used this to let relatives/work know that we were coming home later than planned but as you can guess this amount was minimal. I think from memory the person I was dealing with on the telephone did ask if there was anyone I wanted them to contact on my behalf but the last thing I wanted was an insurance company phoning the grandparents to advise ill health.
