This is the most recent of many. Have stayed at the same hotel many times in the last three years & due to security upgrades they locked the handy back entrance. Got the tip that there was a little old lady in the staff kitchen who would gladly let you out through her exit door. We never even knew she existed. Every day her beaming smile bought joy to our hearts & our tip bought joy to hers. On the last day I took her an aussie T/shirt with an Aboriginal design which was brand new with tags. She cried. Her friend said she had never been given a gift from a visitor before. I cried.
