unfortunately all it takes here, is for someone to pay off the police or whoever is dobbing them in. it happens all the time over here in jakarta, not with money changers...but with pirated dvd sellers, police will raid the local shops... somewhere in the middle money changes hands...then the next week they are all back selling again.... love indonesia .... :o)
