took my kids 12y/o girl, 14 y/o boy to bali last year for first time,(me many times) we took 2 siutcases full of clothes,toys,games,books,footballs(all new & 2nd hand stuff very clean & not marked, my kids always looked after their stuff)my kids who complain about every little thing, "got nothing to do", "got no-where to go", they have bikes,scooters,skates,skateboards,table-tennis,tennis,son has golf clubs,...the list goes on, make-up,hair stuff GALORE,swimming pool,computer, t.v in every room etc.etc.its almost sickening...... to see them share their things amongst the local children & spend quality time with the local children...., my daughter showing a small child a doll with several outfits, my son showing a boy on the beach how to hold & kick a footy, my daughter giving her fave teddies to the little babies,my son giving his car collection to little boys & playing with them....thats special to me to see them light up a childs eyes & I feel my kids now have a better outlook on life & their cleaning out there rooms now for our next visit & buying stuff too, and saying "give this to ?" "give this to ?" i just love the balinese children, the most affectionate little things..soooooo precious it hurts
