have several stores in Denpasar along Jalan Teku Umar.
Have purchased phones for them myself and Dec 05 /Jan 06 a friend purchased 2 phones which are working beautifully 6 months on.
Just be mindful of a few things when purchasing a phone overseas.
1/ As Gadisdesa has pointed out. Make sure the handset you are purchasing is in a sealed box and that they open it in front of you once you have decided on which mobile you want.
2/ Most likely the warranty will NOT be valid back in your country of origin and the power plug will differ [plug not a problem, just need an adaptor back home].
3/ Research the models of phones you are interested at home before going and check the outright purchase price. Write them down as it is easy to forget when you are away. This way you know if you are getting a good price. If the price isn't much different I would wait and buy at home as then your warranty will be valid.
4/ Stick with purchasing a standard GSM phone [dual, tri or quad band.] As another poster has said CDMA phones wont work back in Australia.
Good luck, hope you find what you are after... cheers :-)
