There had been a communication break-down due mainly to my recent hospitalisation and subsequent time out of the office.
In his presence, I called Garuda Orient Holidays who confirmed that I had NOT received any refund from them with respect to this booking! It would appear that a cheque (for incorrect amount I am led to believe) was raised by GOH but mailed to a wrong address. This cheque has never been presented.
I have asked the person concerned to ensure that his remarks (which I consider to be open to possible litigation by myself) are retracted and an accurate account posted.
