While his business is changing, it's not so much closing down, as amalgamating with another. While I appreciate that you are extremely frustrated, I would like to suggest that this maybe more of a SNAFU. I would also suggest that you be very careful posting potentialy libelous remarks about people's livelihoods. It may come back to bite you on the bum!
