We had the same problem with a travel agent in Sydney. The travel agent said, holiday is non transferable, non refundable, non changable. So no money back. We contacted Garuda and they said there is new rules out now and Garuda can change your Airline ticket only for a fee of $100.00. So that waw what we done. But we lost out on our accomodation in Bali.
