Don't give up there! Put your case firmly to a FF supervisor and ask for a flight to suit. Similar happened to us re this changeover and all was sorted to our satisfaction in the end without penalty. We were looking at a 8 hour delay but they rerouted us thru Melbourne to Adelaide on a different flight without any fuss! Its not your fault so ask them to assist you! Good luck
