My aunt always stays at the Hotel Inna which is right on the beach near the art market/behind kuta square, Mandira near the Padma is also nice and the freestyle brochure shows them allowing 3 children under 13 in a superior room for an extra cost, the kartika plaza and dynasty are down the other end but about the same standard as the padma..... If you are wanting two rooms then maybe an interconnecting one at the jayakarta might be an option also, but this is a cheaper hotel than the Padma.
Its so hard to suggest as there are so many to pick from
