Liked Arris Oranje Bar restaurant. Not flash but clean & friendly with good food. Also not expensive. 7 Jalan Pantai Sindu near the markets.
Just around the corner from there is another restaurant i always meant to try. It only serves drinks ( coffee/ fruit juice etc) during the day but food at night time. Can't think of the address or name of restaurant. Ask any driver working out of Sanur to take you to see Oooo La La the nick name of the Balinese owner who is also quite a character. He has an eccentric hippy type van parked out the front. Not saying anything else as i would rather you have the surprises and laughs that we did on meeting him. :)
