We have used them several times. The time before last we had a claim when my better half had a head injury. They were fine to deal with. The only thing they wouldn't pay was taxi fares for visits to SOS medical clinic but that was my error by not thinking to get receipts. They also originally refused a chemists receipt as "not being a receipt" and a charge on our hotel bill for bloodstained towels. (yes it was quite a scene!!! Like the shower scene in the movie Psycho) I dug through my paper work and attatched my actual visa docket for the hotel bill to prove I paid, and translated the chemist receipt into English and they paid those too.
I have used them once since and will again next time. If anything happenned in future I would just be very careful to keep all the paperwork properly. We had the fully comp. which has an exces of $100 dollars per person so that is what the overall thing cost us $100, so we are happy with that.
Their prices are very much better than the travel agent could offer or our health fund HBF.
