Lembongan Island. Its a lovely trip and there is some nice beachfront accom. (Hai tide huts) Easy to get too, peaceful and private.
You can go on a Bali Hai cruise there, stay 2 nights then cruise back. Would be quite romantic I think!!
Otherwise I would suggest Ubud
