Vincents has a wide selection of wines available. Not sure on prices though. The food and atmosphere is great though.
Supermarkets arent exactly supermarkets. You can get the basics from a couple of stores along the main drag. Normally I use a private driver to pick us up from the airport and we stop and change money and visit a supermarket for supplies on the way (normally we stop somewhere in denpesar). We buy drinks and snacks and toiletries and just top them up once in CD. You can get basically everything there though and prices are reasonable just not as wide a selection.
