Hi all,Arrived home safely yesterday after 22 tiring hours of travelling back to Adelaide from Bali via Singapore. As much as I love Bali I sure was glad to leave this time & get back to my family & home. For the first time ever I didn't feel sad at leaving Bali or get tears in my eyes as the plane took off.Getting ill overseas & being unable to fly home was a lot worse than being crook in the comfort of your own home & familar surroundings.I was overwhelmed by the support & friendship I received from our many friends in Bali & phone calls, get well messages & emails from many of you. Thanks - it meant a lot to me & helped cheer me up.

I slept most of the day yesterday & the bags are still sitting in the hall.Raoul had not unpacked his bags from when he got home almost 2 weeks ago so I have a fair bit of stuff to sort out.Fortunately he organised the cleaning lady to come in a day or so ago so the house looks great. The dog & our tribe of cats all seemed happy that their Mum was finally home.Except none of the cats seemed happy when they realised it meant my chair in the lounge room was mine again & that they were back at the foot of the bed instead of fully taking up my side of the bed.

Miss 18 year old was asleep when I got home & had gone out by the time I woke up.I was very touched that she had left a 3 page sentimental letter in the kitchen saying how much she loved & missed me & was really glad I was back home.Teenagers can really surprise you at times with what they say or what they don't say.

As usual I kept a daily diary so I will do some JBR's via instalments. The notebooks are still in the bags at this stage. We moved around as we usually do & stayed in Legian,Lombok,Ubud,Lovina,Legian & Kuta.Over the next couple of days I'll post the good & the bad & will be happy to answer any questions.
