My preference would be WW Rafting, I've done that heaps of times as it's so much fun. Great for kids and us unfit oldies as well. You might feel like you will never make it up the stairs at the end, but the persistent hawkers will keep you moving!! If you do decide on the elephant riding I would suggest that you don't use the Bali Bakus Company. The company is owned by an millionaire Indonesian with a Balinese wife. It seems all of the people that work for him are very unhappy because he pays them very very minimal wages, if any (the good ole three months unpaid training that gets extended) . I felt very sad the whole time I was there.
Just my opinion though.
