You might want to have a look at Sri Phala in Sanur. The resort is small and they have a nice pool even though it is not that big. The price of the rooms would probably be what you are looking to pay. There are a few reviews on this forum about the resort. The resort is located in the North Sanur close to the beach. You just have to go out the back gate and walk down a path to the beach. The Grand Bali Beach Hotel is close to the resort. If you want quiet this might be the place to look. They have a web site www.sriphala.com. We faxed them directly and got a good price with breakfast included. We have book 10 nights there in September
