I have spent hours this morning on the net looking for the same.
Some American companies do cover insolvency.
Am now trying to locate an Australian firm who will do the same.
No doubt you have booked with Garuda as I have.
Will let you know if anything turns up.
The Indonesian news is looking a little brighter today.See other posting.
Hope the Government backs Garuda as they say they will.
